We believe that sustainable forestry is key to mitigating climate change, promoting biodiversity, and supporting local communities. That’s why we work exclusively with the Kiri-Plantation in Spain, which uses sustainable forestry practices to grow high-yield Paulownia trees. These trees not only sequester carbon, but also provide valuable timber and biomass for a variety of uses.
Our investments are structured as direct investments, which means that you own a portion of the trees in the plantation. This not only provides financial returns, but also allows you to make a tangible impact on the environment and local communities. You can visit the plantation and see your trees in person, and we also offer transparent opportunities if you need to opt out of the investment period earlier than planned, ensuring that you have maximum flexibility.
We are planting 620 on 10,000 m² with plans to double in trees and land every year for the next years.
Our investments are 100% carbon-neutral, helping to mitigate the effects of climate change and promote a healthier planet. One cubic meter of wood neutralizes one ton of CO².
We harvest each tree after it reaches the mass of one cubic meter. On average, we are able to produce on average over, 6000 m3 per 10,000 m² within a 10-year cycle.

Your participation period can vary depending on multiple factors, such as the weather or market conditions. We only harvest a tree once it has reached the critical mass of one cubic meter. On average, this can take between 8–12 years.
This completely depends on the current market conditions and other external factors. The price of wood has consistently increased in recent years, with the trend showing future growth.

Our team of experts works hard to ensure optimal tree growth, but any investment comes with risks. In the unlikely event that a tree is damaged or harmed (as Paulownia trees are one of the most resilient trees in the world) by natural causes or third party impacts, we are able to ensure you receive a swift and fair replacement of your tree.
Your investment will be used to purchase and maintain your Kiri tree plantation in Spain and to fund ongoing research and development in sustainable forestry.
